Thank you for choosing Leef crates for your art print purchase. I strive to provide you with the highest quality prints and excellent customer service. Below is our returns policy:

Damaged in Transit: In the unfortunate event that your art print arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please email me at leefcreates@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item(s), along with your order number and contact information. Once i've received your request and verified the damage, i will provide you with further instructions on returning the item(s) and obtaining a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that all art prints are non-returnable unless they are damaged in transit. I meticulously inspect each print before shipment to ensure quality standards. Due to the unique nature of art prints and the printing process, i am unable to accept returns for reasons other than transit damage.

Custom Orders: Custom orders, including personalized prints or specially requested sizes, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges: If your return is approved for a damaged item, you may choose to receive a replacement print or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s).
